Stepping down off the polished hardwood porch entry into the living area you are greeted with an open plan design enhanced by the high raked ceiling giving the essence of opulence and space. Large glass stacker doors expose the outdoors making it perfect for entertaining. The kitchen also has its own access outdoors for the idea to an easy access herb/vegetable garden.

Continuity is pleasing to the eye. Here it has been achieved with polished concrete floors bestowing a striking appearance and the durability desired by the owners. The kitchen, the central hub of this homes entertainment, is all smooth lines and integrated cabinetry with an island bench decked in Silestone and features quality stainless steel appliances.

The master suite has been offset from the main section of the house, yet still connects and interacts with the living area. Large expansive doors open up providing private access to the plunge pool. A large ensuite, tiled floor to ceiling, adjoined by a roomy WIR complete this particular aspect of the house.

The home finally boasts two further bedrooms; a separate bathroom, powder room, laundry and study to complete the picture.
